Luna's Limo (lunaslimo.com) operates an SMS program used only to confirm, coordinate, and update chauffeured-transportation bookings requested through our public website.

How to Opt In (Call to Action)

Customers opt in to receive SMS messages from Luna's Limo only through the online booking form on https://lunaslimo.com. No login, account, password, or app download is required to view the website, review this opt-in flow, or book a ride.

  • When requesting a quote or booking a ride, customers enter their mobile number and may check a clearly labeled optional SMS consent box that is unchecked by default. The checkbox states: "Optional: I agree to receive SMS messages from Luna's Limo at the phone number provided about my booking (confirmation, driver assignment, en-route, and arrival updates). Message frequency varies; typically 2–6 messages per reservation. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. This checkbox is not required to book your ride — if left unchecked, we'll contact you by phone or email instead. Your mobile number and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing."
  • SMS consent is not required to complete a booking. If the customer leaves the box unchecked, Luna's Limo contacts them by phone or email instead.

Message Flow

  1. Customer opens the booking form on lunaslimo.com.
  2. Customer enters ride details and a mobile phone number.
  3. Customer actively checks the optional SMS consent box, which is not required to book and is unchecked by default.
  4. Customer submits the booking request.
  5. Customer receives a confirmation text with ride details.
  6. Customer receives reminder/status messages (driver assigned, driver en route, arrival).
  7. Customer may reply to coordinate pickup. Reply STOP at any time to cancel.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity (typically 2–6 messages per reservation). Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
