Is a deposit required to book?+
No — I don't require deposits. Your reservation is confirmed when we lock in the date and vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?+
I ask for 1 week's notice for cancellations. I'll always work with you on genuine emergencies.
Can we change the route or add stops?+
Absolutely. Your chauffeur is yours for the booked hours — add stops, change destinations, or extend on the fly (subject to availability and the hourly rate).
Can we bring food and drinks?+
Yes. Bottled water and sodas are complimentary. You're welcome to bring your own beverages — alcohol is permitted for guests 21+. We just ask that you keep it tidy.
How far in advance should we book?+
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially for weekends, weddings, prom, and holidays. Last-minute bookings are welcome when availability allows — call us directly.
Do you service airports?+
Yes — LAX, ONT, SNA, SAN, and PSP. Flight tracking is included so we adjust automatically if your arrival changes.
Is gratuity included?+
Gratuity is optional and never added to your quote. If your chauffeur made the night, tips are always appreciated.
