1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a ride with Luna's Limo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Gratuity is optional and not included in the quoted price. Payment is required in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.

5. Conduct & Safety

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner. The driver reserves the right to terminate service immediately if any passenger engages in unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

6. Damages & Liability

Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior due to negligence or misconduct. Luna's Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luna's Limo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
